Cancellation

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched by us.
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
    Note: Picanoo reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

    Returns
  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
