How to store?

Store your favorite Millet Khichdi Mix in a cool and dry place. It has a shelf life of 6 months.

Ingredients: –

Processed Sorghum Khichdi Rawa, Processed Moong Dal, Dehydrated Carrots, Dehydrated Onions, Dehydrated Potatoes, Dehydrated Tomatoes, Dehydrated Chilies, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Dehydrated Ginger Garlic Paste Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder.

 

Ingredients Required: Millet Kichadi Mix, Water, Ghee, Oil

Preparation Method:

  • Add 1 measure of millet kichadi mix to 2.5-3.0 measures of water and mix without lumps in a cooker pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp of oil with 1 tsp ghee to the above mixture.
  • Cook under the medium flame and until it gives 4 whistles.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Serve as a healthy and tasty meal with mango pickle.
